Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. As a psychology post-doctoral candidate, I believe in compassionately holding space for your life story—past, present, and future. Whether you're facing depression, anxiety, grief, identity concerns, life transitions, or something else entirely, my goal is to honor your whole self and support your journey of healing and growth.
I do this through a relational, collaborative approach rooted in insight-oriented work and evidence-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe in creating space to explore your needs while building practical skills to help navigate life’s twists and turns. Life is messy—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in it.

Mental health has impacts on many areas of your life: work, school, friendships, partnerships, and physical health. New experiences can be exhilarating, everything you’ve always wanted, absolutely terrifying, and/or not quite what you were expecting. Maybe you’re feeling relief and intense anger, happiness and grief, lost and seen, or unsure of what you’re feeling. You don’t have to go through it alone.
Therapy with me is centered on your goals. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I use multiple approaches to help you explore the impacts of your mental health and strategies for change. I often use solution-focused, narrative, and behavioral therapy techniques. We’ll explore factors adding to your stress, changes you want, what your internal messages are, and actionable steps to get you there.
I believe that when you invest in your mental health, you’ll find that you ARE a good friend, a loving parent, a reliable employee, and a successful person.
